Fulham FPL: Who To Own, Captain And Avoid
The call — When our model looks at Fulham and decides the goalkeeper is the best thing they've got, you learn everything you need to know about where the value sits. Bernd Leno tops our list of Fulham assets for the next six — ahead of every forward, midfielder and defender at the club. That's not a compliment to Leno so much as…
What has not being with FFIQ cost you this season?
One squad, picked before a ball was kicked and run for six gameweeks on three transfers — no hits taken. Scored on FPL’s own results.

The back end is a different conversation. The defence sits mid-table — 15th, so hardly a fortress — but the fixture run is perfectly reasonable for clean sheets, and Ipswich away, Hull at home and Coventry away are exactly the kind of games where an average defence keeps the door shut. Leno, Robinson, Castagne and Bassey all come in at the bottom price bracket, all nailed, and all projecting a steady 4.5m-money return over the six. Hardly anyone owns any of them — Robinson at about 1 in 10, the rest barely registering — which tells you the market has written Fulham off wholesale rather than looked at the fixture list.
The honest caveat: Manchester United at home first up and Newcastle at home to close are not clean-sheet bankers, and a 15th-ranked defence means you're buying "decent odds most weeks", not certainty. Josh King and Iwobi project fine numbers for their price, but Fulham midfielders in a team that doesn't score is a bet I've lost before.
What changes the call? If the attack starts clicking against Ipswich and Hull, Gonzalo at 6.0 with penalties becomes interesting. Until then, don't pay for Fulham goals that our numbers say aren't coming.
The call: if you need a 4.5m keeper or a bench-worthy cheap defender who actually starts, buy Leno or Robinson and move on. Leave the attack alone.
