Pick one: Foden (MCI, MID, £7.0m, ~1 in 20 own him)
Our projection has him top of this entire list — 47 points over the next six, clear of everyone else here by a distance. Usually good for 5 or so a week, but the point is the top end: he can hit 14 on his day, and it's roughly a one-in-4 shot at a big haul any given week. Coventry at home, then United away, then Sunderland at home. That's a kind run. The honest bit: his quiet weeks are genuinely quiet — a 1-pointer is real, and City rotate. I don't care. At £7.0m with that few owners, the upside is worth the odd blank. Buy.
Pick two: Diego Gomez (BHA, MID, £5.0m, ~1 in 25 own him)
A £5.0m midfielder projected for 35 over six. Usually good for 5, can go 13 on a big week — roughly a one-in-5 shot at a haul. Leeds at home, Coventry away, then Arsenal at home. Two very winnable games before that gets spicy. At this price he's a fifth midfielder who actually scores points. Buy.
Watchlist only:
Gibbs-White (£7.9m) and Wissa (£6.1m) both project mid-30s, but they're pricier per point than Gomez and the haul odds are thinner — one-in-6. Fine players. Not this week.
Hall (£5.0m) is the interesting one at the back — Newcastle get Bournemouth, Leeds and Hull, and he's roughly a one-in-4 shot at a big week himself. If you need a defender rather than a midfielder, he's the swap I'd sanction. Wieffer at 0.5-in-100 ownership is the purest differential on the board, but our model ranks him last of the six and his big weeks cap out lower. Watch, don't buy.
