FPL Price Changes Tonight: Who's Set To Rise Or Fall

The call — Price Watch: Beat the Doku Rise Tonight, Let the Fallers Fall The ledger says one name matters tonight: Doku. Nearly 47,000 managers have moved for him on the day, and with barely 1 in 10 squads owning him, that kind of surge is exactly what pushes a price up overnight.

The write-up

Nothing is certain until the thresholds tick over, but if he's on your shortlist for this week or next, every hour you wait is a potential £0.1m you're handing back. Buy before the deadline tonight and that rise becomes profit sitting in your squad instead of a dearer entry price tomorrow.

Now the other side of the book — and it's a long one.

Tzolis is the headline faller. Over 131,000 managers have shipped him out, a proper stampede for a player sitting in about 6 or 7 squads in every 10... sorry, roughly 6 in 10 of the active-ish crowd by ownership share — call it well-owned and well-sold. A drop tonight looks very likely. If you own him and you've already decided he's going, sell before the fall to protect your selling price. If you're still deciding, don't let a price change make a football decision for you — but know the clock is running.

Brobbey is next in the queue, with 68,000 net sales against ownership of about 1 in 20. Igor Jesus (−32,767) and Šeško (−13,777) are also drifting toward the drop line, and Kluivert, J.Ramsey, Bentancur and Tomiyasu are hovering with smaller numbers — those last few are genuinely coin-flips, so treat them as watchlist items, not emergencies.

Here's the accountant's rule: never buy a faller tonight. Every one of those names is likely £0.1m cheaper tomorrow morning. If Brobbey or Šeško is your target, waiting costs you nothing and probably saves you money. The only reason to move before a fall is to protect a sale you were making anyway.

The call: if Doku is in your plans, buy him tonight and bank the rise. If Tzolis is leaving your squad regardless, get him out before the drop. Everything else on the fallers' list — sit on your hands and buy cheaper tomorrow.

Doku on the show

Man City 3-2 Ipswich. Haaland scored twice and took the max bonus for 13 FPL points. He was the FFIQ Team's Triple Captain, so that's 39. Foden scored too, for 9. The FFIQ Team had benched its two Ipswich defenders, and Davis and O'Shea got 3 points between them. Gvardiol, in nearly three in ten teams, was booked and off after 29 minutes with nothing. Haulage King would hold him, his first blank in four with no flag from FPL. FPL Brains says not yet on Foden at 6.8m, four starts from seven.
