FPL Price Changes Tonight: Who's Set To Rise Or Fall
Price Watch: Beat the Cherki Rise Tonight, Let the Fallers Sink
Over 290,000 managers have moved for Cherki on net this week, and that's the kind of number that doesn't leave a price alone. He's already in about 3 in 10 squads, the transfer tide is all one way, and our ledger says tonight is the likeliest night he ticks up £0.1m. Not certain — nothing at the thresholds ever is — but if you've been circling him, the maths of waiting has gone negative.
Here's the thing about a £0.1m rise: it's not the money itself, it's the selling price. Buy before the rise and any future profit is yours in full. Buy after and you're permanently a notch behind everyone who moved first. If Cherki was already your plan for this week or next, bringing the move forward by a day costs you nothing and probably saves you £0.1m. That's free money, and we don't leave free money on the table.
The other side of the book is longer. Tzolis is the big red line — nearly 118,000 net sales with about 1 in 15 still holding, and he looks the most likely to drop tonight. Brobbey (62,000 out, owned by about 1 in 20) and Igor Jesus (29,000 out) are in the same queue. Šeško and Kluivert are drifting that way too, and a clutch of fringe names — J.Ramsey, Bentancur, Tomiyasu — are hovering near the trapdoor with barely anyone left owning them.
The call on fallers is the opposite of the call on risers: do nothing. Selling in a panic to dodge a £0.1m drop almost never pays — you burn a transfer, possibly a hit, to protect ten pence of team value. If you were selling Tzolis or Brobbey anyway on football grounds, fine, tonight's as good a night as any. But don't let the price tail wag the squad dog. And if any of these names are actually on your buy list, a fall works for you — wait, and pick them up cheaper tomorrow.
One honest caveat: these are the players closest to the thresholds, not guarantees. Prices can hold a night longer than the numbers suggest.
The call: if Cherki is your move this week, make it before tonight's deadline and bank the £0.1m. Everyone on the fallers list — hold if you own, wait if you want. Never pay today's price for tomorrow's player.
