FPL Price Changes Tonight: Who's Set To Rise Or Fall
Price Watch: Palmer's Queue Is 265,000 Deep — Move Tonight or Pay Tomorrow
The ledger doesn't lie: 265,017 managers have bought Palmer on net this week, and that's the sort of number that tips a price rise tonight. He's already in roughly 2 in 10 squads, and if he ticks up £0.1m, every one of them locks in value you don't get back.
He's not alone. Calafiori — owned by nearly 5 in 10 managers, so basically template — has pulled in another 204,596 net buys, and Konsa (216,404) is arguably closer to the threshold than either of them. Hall (199,489) and Ødegaard (197,124) are sitting in the same waiting room. Further down the price list, Scott's 171,435 net transfers on just about 4 in 10 fewer owners than the big names is the classic cheap-enabler surge, and Barnes and Yalcouyé are quietly stacking buys with hardly anyone watching.
Now the other side of the book. Watkins is the headline faller: 83,068 net sales and only about 3 in 10 — sorry, 3 in 100, roughly 1 in 30 managers still holding. That's a drop waiting to happen, and if you want him later, patience literally pays: wait for the £0.1m fall and pocket the difference. The rest of the fallers list — Saliba, Madueke, Martinelli, Jesus, Bailey — are trickling out in small volumes, so treat those drops as possible rather than imminent.
The usual honesty clause: none of this is guaranteed. Thresholds shift, wildcards and flag changes muddy the maths, and a player who looks nailed to rise at 6pm can stall by midnight. Every line above is *likely*, not booked revenue.
But here's how you time it. If Palmer, Konsa or Calafiori is already in your plans for the next fortnight, do the transfer tonight — buying a player you were going to buy anyway, £0.1m cheaper, is the closest thing FPL has to free money. Same logic applies to Hall or Ødegaard if they're on your shortlist. If Watkins is your target, sit on your hands and let the price come to you.
The call: beat the rise on Palmer and Calafiori tonight; wait out the Watkins fall and bank the £0.1m.
