The call —The Crowd Is Voting With Its Transfers — And Pedro Porro Just Lost The Election Pedro Porro shed nearly six in every hundred managers in a single day — the biggest one-day exit in our tracked top 30 — tumbling from the third most-owned defender to ninth. When a sell-off moves that fast, the ledger matters: every day you hold…
Now the other side of the book. Calafiori is the day's biggest buy — up almost five in a hundred overnight, and he's already the most-owned defender in the game at roughly 4 in 10 squads. That's a bandwagon with real momentum behind it, and momentum is what triggers price rises. If he's on your shortlist, the cheapest version of him is today's version.
Two more entries worth auditing. Tzolis is the fastest-moving midfielder, now in about 2.5 in 10 squads and climbing hard — an Arsenal attacker the crowd is actively chasing. And Mbeumo keeps compounding: already 4 in 10 own him, and yesterday added another chunk on top. Neither is a secret anymore, which is exactly the point — the window to buy before the price moves is narrow and closing. Quietly, Maguire put on the biggest defensive gain outside Calafiori, sneaking up to seventh among defenders.
The exits tell their own story. Konsa slipped out of the defender top ten entirely, Guéhi and Rogers are both bleeding owners, and Gyökeres — despite the Arsenal badge — continues a slow leak at under 1 in 10 owned. None of these are fire sales yet, but slow leaks become price falls, and price falls become £0.1m you never get back.
Up front, the book is stable: Haaland (roughly 7 in 10) and João Pedro (over 6 in 10) are simply the template now, with Calvert-Lewin the third-most-bought striker again.
The call: if Calafiori or Tzolis is in your plans, move now — buy before the crowd prices you out, because at this pace of buying the rises are coming. And if you own Pedro Porro and were already doubting him, sell before the fall, not after it. The market has made its mind up; don't be the last entry in the ledger.
