FPL Price Changes Tonight: Who's Set To Rise Or Fall
The call — Beat the Ledger: Tonight's Price Moves Nearly 240,000 managers have bought De Cuyper on the net this week, and the ledger doesn't lie — that's the sort of number that trips a price rise overnight, not "eventually". Nearly 3 in 10 squads already own him, and every hour you wait is another hour closer to paying £0.1m more for the…

He's not alone at the threshold. Tarkowski sits on roughly 174,000 net buys with about 1 in 6 managers on board, and Brobbey — owned by fewer than 1 in 10 — has pulled in 160,000 himself. King is the quiet one: hardly anyone owns him (well under 1 in 10), but 57,000 net transfers on that tiny base is exactly the profile that catches people out. None of these are certainties — thresholds shift and rises can stall — but all four are close enough that "likely" is doing honest work.
Here's the accountant's view. A price rise only matters if the player was already on your shortlist. If De Cuyper or Tarkowski were pencilled in for this week anyway, moving tonight instead of tomorrow is free money — £0.1m of value banked for the cost of pressing the button twelve hours earlier. If they weren't on your list, don't let a red arrow on someone else's spreadsheet talk you into a transfer you didn't plan. Chasing rises is how squads fill up with players you bought for the price, not the points.
The fallers are the easy half of the ledger. Hinshelwood, Beto, Amenda and the rest of that list are all sub-1-in-10 owned and bleeding transfers in the low thousands — Beto's 6,300 net sales is the heaviest of them. If any of these are on your buy list (unlikely, at that ownership), waiting is the correct move: every drop is a discount. If you own one and were selling anyway, tonight beats tomorrow — sell before the fall and you keep the extra £0.1m in the bank rather than watching it evaporate.
The call: if De Cuyper or Tarkowski were already this week's transfer, do it tonight and beat the rise — De Cuyper first, his numbers are the most emphatic on the board. Brobbey and King, only move early if they were genuinely in your plans. And nobody on the fallers list is worth rushing for: let the prices come to you.
