FPL Price Changes Tonight: Who's Set To Rise Or Fall

This is the version of FPL Price Changes Tonight: Who's Set To Rise Or Fall from 1 September 2026, kept for the record. The picks and the numbers have moved since. The current version →

The call — Price Watch: Beat Tonight's Rises, Wait Out the Falls Over 267,000 managers have moved for Hall on net this week — the biggest queue at the till anywhere in the game — and with barely 1 in 10 squads owning him, that's the kind of buying pressure that tips a price tonight, not next week.

He's not alone. M.Sangaré (218,000 net moves in, owned by roughly 1 in 8) and Tzolakis (193,000, about 1 in 16) are both sitting right on the threshold. And here's the ledger entry that matters most: Haaland and João Pedro — each owned by about 7 in 10 managers — have both pulled in over 192,000 net transfers. When players that heavily owned are still climbing, a rise is close to a formality, and every 0.1m you don't bank now is 0.1m of squad value someone else has.

The chasing pack — Egan (145,000), Dedić (116,000), Yalcouyé (83,000) — are moving too, but with smaller crowds behind them the timing is less certain. Likely, not locked.

The honest caveat: none of this is guaranteed. Thresholds shift, and a player can hover on the edge for two or three nights before the price actually moves. Buying purely to beat a rise on someone you don't want is how squads fill up with dead money. Only jump the queue for players already in your plans.

On the other side of the book, the sells are quieter. Hinshelwood is the standout faller — 61,000 net moves out — with Bruno G. (37,000 out) and Hincapié (17,000 out) behind him. The rest of the fallers list is small change: Saliba, Martinelli and company are drifting on tiny numbers, so those drops may take days to land, if they land at all.

The call: if Hall, Sangaré, Haaland or João Pedro are anywhere in your transfer plans for this gameweek or next, do the deal tonight — those four are the rises most worth beating, and the £0.1m compounds. Tzolakis is worth the same treatment if you're in the keeper market. Everything on the fallers side can wait: nobody on that list is dropping fast enough to panic-sell, and if you're offloading Hinshelwood or Bruno G. anyway, you can afford to sleep on it and still get today's price tomorrow. Buy tonight, sell at your leisure.
